2. Product Information

We strive to display our products accurately (colours, fabrics, fit). Actual colours may vary due to screens/lighting. All products are handcrafted and inspected in Canada and may include small variations consistent with handmade goods.

3. Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or discontinue products without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and Payment

You agree to provide accurate billing/shipping/payment details. We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping limits). Payment is due at checkout to confirm an order.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within Canada and select international countries. Due to tariffs, U.S. shipping is temporarily paused while we establish a fair cross-border solution. Tracking is emailed upon shipment; delivery times vary by carrier/destination. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Cancel before shipment for a full refund. After shipment, returns within 30 days are refunded minus shipping costs for unused items in original condition. Custom/bulk orders are final sale unless defective. See our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content (logos, text, designs, photos, graphics) is owned by Hot Hens Workwear and may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages arising from use or misuse of products, website errors, or third-party shipping delays. Use products with appropriate safety protocols.
